Grisha & Tater

Grisha and Tater welcomed a beautiful litter of five on October 25th. It was a tough labor for Grisha, but she prevailed! She is settling into motherhood perfectly, and all kittens are growing like weeds! Unsurprisingly, this litter is very determined to be on your lap the moment you sit in the enclosure. Both parents are very insistent about laps as well. Maine Coons are not necessarily lap cats, so it's a fun trait to have! We will see if it continues as they get older.

Introducing our New Testament (lesser know characters edition):
#1 - Brown classic tabby, male - "Lazarus" - in his new home!
#2 - Black solid, male - "Nicodemus" - in his new home!
#3 - Silver patch tabby, female - "Junia" - under evaluation as possible queen at the Small Haus
#4 - Tortie smoke, female - "Salome" - reserved, staying at Small Haus
#5 - Silver patch tabby, female - "Dorcas" - in her new home!

I will update with photos as kittens grow, and you can see their individual pages, linked above.

Our reservation list will begin selection most likely in mid to late December when kittens are 6-8 weeks old. I plan to keep a female from this litter, and it takes time to evaluate which kitten is the best fit to support our breeding program. =)
Go home date: mid-January, 2023
